Members of www.trafficpro-x.com Traffic Exchange agree to the following terms of agreement:

1) www.trafficpro-x.com reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits.

2) We do not allow the following page contents; racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. www.trafficpro-x.com cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.

3) You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using Your previous account.

4)We DO NOT allow targeted sites which include, pop-behinds, pop-unders. No PTP (paid-to-promote) pages allowed.

5)We do NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying.

6)We DO allow you to have one pop up and submit rotators.

7)No porn or stuff promoting that industry.

8)Also sites that include Google Adsense will not be accepted because you run the risk of losing your Google account if you do! Read More Here

9) Removal of membership: A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled.

10) Loss of data and other errors:
Members agree to not hold liable www.trafficpro-x.com for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the www.trafficpro-x.com website and all services and products contained within.

11) Accounts will be deleted if not used for 150 days.

12) Only one membership for each person/url is allowed.

13) SPAM: www.trafficpro-x.com does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.

14) All payments to trafficpro-x.com are final and non-refundable. However, if we are at fault, we will try to find a resolution to any problem we may have caused that will be satisfactory for both you and trafficpro-x.com.

15) Sites submitted must be in at least 90% English language!

16) Your account may be suspended or deleted if you are unable to receive direct email from us, be sure to white list trafficpro-x.com so that our mails may reach you.

17) This Agreement may be modified by www.trafficpro-x.com at anytime, without notice.
